Life looks a little different these days—and so does what’s happening in my kitchen.
After shifting to a mostly gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyle due to primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and hypercalcemia, I’ve rediscovered just how creative, flavorful, and satisfying food can be. I’m excited to share what I’m cooking in hopes it inspires you to eat well without sacrificing flavor. While not every recipe will be GF or DF, most will be—and all will be approachable, unfussy, and delicious.
I live in Wyomissing Hills, PA with my favorite person: my husband, Bill who is my biggest fan and very willing recipe tester. I’m also an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef, a role I’ve loved for 30 years, helping make cooking easier and more enjoyable with tools that truly work.
After leaving my career in finance, I’m finally leaning all the way into a long-time dream: sharing small-scale entertaining ideas, recipes, and menus that feel special without being complicated.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me watching hockey, crafting a great cocktail, or hanging out with my poodle.
Most recipes here will be gluten-free and dairy-free, but all will be easy, flavor-forward, and designed for real life.
