About Me

With having to shift my diet to gluten-free and dairy-free, I’m excited to share what I’m cooking in hopes they will help you lead a healthier lifestyle while at the same time offering LOTS of flavor! While not every single recipe posted with be GF and DF, most will be.

In real life, I reside in Wyomissing Hills, PA with my love who is my biggest fan and recipe tester! I have 2 jobs alongside this blog… First a foremost, I am an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef and have enjoyed that role for 23 years! I am also an Executive Administrative Assistant for a very busy financial investment firm. It’s lots to juggle and I love every single minute of it!

I’m an avid hockey fan, cocktail connoisseur and poodle mom.

Not all recipes posted will be gluten free and dairy free (most will be though) but I promise they will be easy and full of flavor!

When a stockpot is too big this one is perfect! I use this for roasting and chili and when I'm making pasta dishes for more than just Bill and I.

This is the pan for eggs! It cleans up like a dream and NOTHING will stick to it! It's free from all of the bad things most nonstick pans have and it will outlast all of the other popular ones out there... seriously... it was tested against two of the other popular ones (if you ask me I'll tell you!). Pampered Chef tested this pan and two other ones out there by using all three DAILY and washing them DAILY for an entire year. At the end of 365 days, PC's pan looked brand new. The others? The nonstick was worn down and it was ugly on the outside (because the outside of those pans aren't nonstick so they don't clean up nicely over time).
