Blueberry Sweet Potato Smoothie (GF/DF)

I made this for us today and as soon as Bill tasted it, he said, “oohhhhhh! Chocolate! … right?” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
Well, not exactly but it’s the flavor that come across in this delicious smoothie!

Blueberry Sweet Potato Smoothie

Blueberry Sweet Potato Smoothie
Makes 1 serving

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 baked sweet potato
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 scoop Enrichables Super Veggie
1 Scoop Enrichables Pea Protein
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cups water

Place all ingredients in a blender container and blend for one minute until smooth.

Enjoy!
